Dr. Edward M. Roche, J.D.,  is the founder and principal officer of Barraclough LLC and Director of Scientific Intelligence. He is a member of the California bar. Dr. Roche received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in global technology. He has taught at New York University and the University of California Berkeley among other domestic and European universities. He has authored more than 50  books and articles on information technology and multinational issues. Dr. Roche has over a dozen years in litigation support.

Dr. George Cobb is Robert I. Rook Professor Emeritus at Mount Holyoke College.  He holds a PhD in statistics from Harvard Universituy.  A Fellow of the American Statistical Association, Dr. Cobb served as ASA vice-president, and received the ASA Founder’s award.  He is also recipient of the of the Lifetime Achievement award of the US Conference on Teaching Statistics.  He is author or co-author of several books, including Introduction to Design and Analysis of Experiments and Statistics in Action.  His interests include Markov chain Monte Carlo and applications of statistics to the law.

Michelle Sproat, Family Nurse Practitioner and Attorney. She holds an M.S. from Georgetown University, and is a member of the Bar in both California and South Carolina. Ms. Sproat has 10 Years Critical Care Emergency Room Experience. MS, FNP-BC, NP-C. She is an expert medical analyst for Barraclough LLC.


Dr. Jeffrey A. Witmer is Professor of Mathematics at Oberlin College and Senior Statistician at Barraclough.  He holds a PhD in statistics from the University of Minnesota. His scholarly work is in the areas of Bayesian decision theory and statistics education.  A Fellow of the American Statistical Association Dr. Witmer served as editor of STATS magazine. He has authored 16 books on statistics and more than two dozen refereed scientific journal articles in statistics.  Dr. Witmer has over 20 years in Litigation Support.

Dr. Krishna Savani is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. He holds a PhD in social psychology from Stanford University. His research is at the intersection of organizational behavior, decision making, and cultural psychology. Dr. Savani’s work has been cited by numerous business publications including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and Smart Money.
